All offers are subject to final confirmation. The prices indicated for any products presented on our website are subject to change without prior notice depending on market developments, unless a fixed date has been specified in the offer issued by our company.
It is expected that the client will respond to the proposals submitted and based on the request or letter of intent within no later than 5 (five) banking days, unless otherwise specified. Unless otherwise stipulated as a FIRM OFFER duly signed and sealed by us, price offers should be considered as SOFT OFFERS.
As a rule, all offers are commission-free for the buyer, unless it was mutually agreed before the release of the offer that the offered price should include a commission that was agreed between the client and us.
If the commission is included in the offered price, such commission should be paid only after the invoice amount is credited to the recipient’s account. There should be only one partner -the commissioner.
The recipient of the commission is legally responsible for any fees, taxes or other payments levied by the Government or other official authorities in the country where the recipient has his legal residence.
