VOLUME OF DELIVERIES : Possible delivery volume : 5 ( five ) million doses is 1 (one) million sets , with a separate delivery of 100,000 sets .

PAYMENT TERMS : 100% prepayment in the amount of one batch.

PLACE OF RECEIPT OF CARGO : FOB Sheremetyevo Airport , Moscow, Russian Federation .

PRICE : on request.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS :

In cases of interest, it is necessary to make an Application (LOI) for the purchase of a vaccine and provide the following documents :

A copy of the buyer’s bank’s confirmation of the Buyer’s ability to pay
A copy of the Buyer’s Registration and Business License
A copy of the order (permission) of the Ministry of Health of the Buyer on the purchase of the vaccine.
A copy of the Government’s decision “On the purchase and use of the COVID 19 vaccine”
A copy of the passport of the person signing and authorized to negotiate and carry out the purchase .
These documents must be certified by an apostille at the Russian Consulate in the Buyer’s country.

After checking the documents and the application (LOI) The buyer is sent a draft contract of sale with an indication of the price and delivery time .After agreeing on the terms of the contract between the Buyer and the seller, the parties set a date for signing the contract in Moscow, Russia. Before signing the contract, the Buyer can visit the manufacturing plant.
